Three phases, no surprises. We spend the first two weeks understanding your stack before writing a line of production code.
Discovery
We read your architecture, review latency profiles, and talk to your engineers. We come back with a clear view of where the bottlenecks are and what the fastest path to production looks like.
Ship
Iterative delivery against a defined scope. We write production-grade code, Go, Java, Python, Terraform, reviewed in your repo, tested against your data. We avoid large PRs that are hard to reason about.
Operate
We stay close post-launch. Alerting, runbooks, on-call handover, and knowledge transfer. You own the system when we hand it off; we remain available for the next phase.

How we engage.
How does an engagement start?+
A conversation, then a discovery phase. We spend the first two weeks reading your existing architecture and talking to your engineers before writing a line of production code. The output of discovery is a written plan with scope, milestones, and risks.
What does the team look like?+
A small core team of senior engineers led by a tech lead who stays through the engagement. The same engineers who scope the work ship the code.
How do you work with our existing engineers?+
We integrate into your team. Same Slack, same code review process, same standup. Knowledge transfer happens continuously through the engagement, not as a one-off at the end.
What does pricing look like?+
Time-and-materials with a defined scope and a soft cap. No fixed-bid lock-in for engineering work where the requirements will evolve. We share our day rate openly when you reach out.
Can you sign an NDA?+
Yes, before the discovery call if needed. We work with platforms holding sensitive identity, financial, and ad-network data and respect that posture.
How long is a typical engagement?+
Three to twelve months for the build phase, with optional ongoing operate phase. Some platforms we have shipped have grown into multi-year partnerships where we continue to be the engineering team.
